Looking for employee benefits in London or group pensions in London? At Lepretre & Partners Ltd, we strive to achieve a high level of service for the whole of the financial solutions we offer, in London and the surrounding areas.
We can assist with personal finance, pensions, investements and mortgages. However, our speciality is group schemes, company pension schemes and employee benefits. We have a wealth of experience in this area and can offer tailored solutions to suit your company's needs.
Whether you are an individual or working as part of an organisation, we take the same approach
Are you in charge of looking after your company pension scheme (group pension) or employee benefits. Do you work for your company's Human Resources Department, or maybe you are a Director for the company? If you contact us we will ask you what you would like us to help you with. A quick chat will usually reveal whether we are the right people for you to deal with.
If you think we can help, then we will ask to meet with you (or telephone you), at a convenient time, for more detailed discussions.
At the meeting we will explain how we work and the extent of what we are able to do for you.
There no size restriction as we can source schemes specially designed for small entities (from 2 employees) to companies with more than a hundred staff.

The Cost of our Services
If we recommend a financial product to you then the provider will usually pay us a commission.
If you prefer we can agree a fee for the work. It's up to you.
There is no charge for your first meeting. We will tell you if there are any charges for our work, and seek your agreement before we start.
